The Bingham Group Brings Home 3 Telly Awards!
The Bingham Group, a Knoxville based, full-service marketing and communications firm, is proud to announce their success at the 36th Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Award is a prestigious film related award that has stood for creative excellence for more than a quarter of a century. This year, The Bingham Group brought home three awards, two of which were silver awards, the highest achievement possible. The methamphetamine explosion commercial and motion picture developed for the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security earned TBG a Silver and Bronze Telly Award. The “Meth Mom” Public Service Announcement also developed for the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security earned TBG another Silver Telly Award. The Bingham Group is sincerely thankful to be recognized for their creative excellence and for the opportunity to work with outstanding clients.
TBG Celebrates: The Lost Sea Adventure Turns 50!
The Lost Sea Adventure which contains the largest underground lake in America, celebrated 50 years of being in business on Friday. To say thank you for 50 years of adventures, The Lost Sea provided free tours on Friday from 10am-1pm followed by a ceremony which featured local and state speakers and free entertainment. Hundreds visited the enormous cavern for a day that won’t easily be forgotten!
The Bingham Group aided in promoting the event. Promotional material included but was not limited to film, print advertising, and a social media outreach campaign.
TBG Takes On The House That Mercy Built
Last week, owner and CEO of The Bingham Group, Lisa Bingham, and the department of broadcasting, under the direction of manager Ben GIbson, filmed a special production in conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Health and the Anti-Meth Campaign contract that TBG holds. The House that Mercy Built located in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, allowed TBG inside its doors to interview residents who have overcome life altering addictions including methamphetamine.
The House that Mercy Built is a non-profit, faith-based program where residents are changed from the inside out. The house provides a positive and safe environment that cultivates transformation from unstable, addiction filled lives, to joyful healthy living.
The Bingham Group launches new publication: Farragut Life Magazine
Storytelling is our strength! The Bingham Group, a Knoxville based, full-service marketing communications firm, released the inaugural issue of their newest in-house publication on Friday. Farragut Life is a free, quarterly lifestyle magazine that focuses on the people, communities, and attractions that make Farragut and West Knoxville thrive. Magazines are distributed at various sites in the Farragut and West Knoxville area as well as directly delivered to homes that contain Farragut, Tennessee, zip codes.
Tobacco Quitline contract stays with TBG
The Bingham Group, a Knoxville-based, full-service marketing communications firm, has extended their contract with the Tennessee Department of Health. TBG will be placing more than 100 billboards across the state for the Tennessee Tobacco Quitline. TBG is grateful for the opportunity to extend their contract and continue working with such a wonderful organization.

The American Advertising Federation of Knoxville hosted the 50th annual ADDY Awards. Each year, the federation hosts the ADDY Awards to display the creative talent and reward companies with winning work. The Bingham Group took home an astounding 33 Awards at this year’s ceremony! We pride ourselves on creating great work, but more importantly, our ability to give back to the community through the creative process. The Bingham Group Takes On Shot Show 2015
Last week owner and CEO of The Bingham Group, Lisa Bingham, and TWRA regulatory guides account executive Clay Carrell, attended the largest gun show in the country held at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lisa and Clay spent several days at the 37th Annual Shot Show making contacts and creating strong networking bonds that will aid in producing upcoming Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency regulatory guides.

East Tennessean brings Justice to the Tennessee Supreme Court
Senior Staff Writer, Emily Walls, and Bingham Group’s owner and CEO Lisa Bingham, travelled to Nashville earlier this week to visit with Chief Justice Sharon Lee. Walls and Bingham enjoyed their visit with the Monroe County native who spent the majority of her life practicing law in her hometown of Madisonville, Tennessee. Lee now serves as Justice for the Tennessee Supreme Court. Lee’s story of dedication to the people of Tennessee will be featured in an upcoming issue of Monroe Life and McMinn Life Magazines.
From Sweetwater to Seattle: TBG travels cross country to capture the story of Coach Kippy Brown
The Bingham Group’s department of broadcasting, under the direction of manager Ben Gibson, and CEO and owner of the Bingham Group, Lisa Bingham, traveled to Seattle, Washington, last week to capture the life and story of Seattle Seahawks’ Wide Receiver Coach, Kippy Brown. This documentary will focus on all stages of Coach Brown’s career including breaking barriers as a player and coach on the high school, college and professional level. Exclusive interviews with prominent coaches and players will be featured.
